THE Ekiti House of Assembly has summoned the General Manager of the state Micro Credit Agency, Mr. Ayeni Oladunjoye to clarify some ambiguities contained in the amount disbursed as loans to some beneficiaries in the state.
Mr. Oladunjoye is to appear before the House Committee on Commerce and Cooperative following series of petitions filed against him by those who have not benefited from the loan scheme.
The General Manager had earlier told the House Committee that the Agency had disbursed #830million to 21,000 beneficiaries last year. He disclosed that out of the #830million only #60million has been recovered.
