Etisalat Nigeria, has re-assured its subscribers in Enugu State of more innovative products and services to satisfy their communication needs and aspirations.
Etisalat Director Brands and Communications Yinka Akande, while addressing the forum said “The heart of our company is our subscribers; they are the reason we keep getting better and better and why we are determined to continue satisfying and exceeding their expectations.
We intend to utilize every channel of communication at our disposal such as consumer forums like this, to reach out to our esteemed subscribers, because only through open feed back and constructive criticism can we continue to improve on our innovative products and services.
“Getting to know our 5million subscriber base is no easy task; but we are determined to do so. Their opinions count and their criticism and ideas are very important to us. We look forward to more interactive forums around the country to reach out and meet our subscribers.”
Cosmas Ihegbulem, a businessman and an Etisalat subscriber from Enugu said: “When a company treats me as a person and not a statistic then I know that that company cares about my needs. I attended this forum because I believe that my feelings and opinions matter to this company. I only pray that Etisalat keeps improving and continues fulfilling its promises to its subscribers.”
It will be recalled that Etisalat launched its 25k promo in Enugu in order to reach out to its growing subscriber base.
SIM registration, which also took place at the forum is still ongoing at all Etisalat Experience Centers as well as designated outlets around the country.
