Nigeria news: EFCC hammer to fall on corrupt presidential aspirants

Corrupt Presidential Aspirants will soon be axed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) .

This has become imperative considering the problems facing the country and its effects on majority of Nigerians.

“Any aspirant that is associated with corrupt practises would not be allowed to stand for any elective position and if he or she forces their way in we would halt it, even on the day of swearing in.

“We would arrest and prosecute the person because we have all their dossiers and prove that they are criminals, if the people are docile, we would tell them the magnitude of their corruption, such people cannot come back and say they want power.

If the people do not refuse them we would stop them,” Othman concluded.
