Nigeria parastatals get Board

The Federal Government has announced the Board members of seven parastatals in the Ministries of Information and Communication, and Culture and Tourism.

They are Nigerian Television Authority, Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria, Nigeria Press Council, Nigerian Film Corporation, Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria, National Orientation Agency (NOA),and the Nigerian Tourism Development Board

The Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) has Benson Abounu as chairman, while members are Abdullahi Waziri Tambuwal, Harami Balami, Isa Ozi Salami, John Otu, Chief Francis Inegbineki, Kafilat Ogbara and Kura Muhammed.

 

Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) has Babolayefa Dakekeme as chairman, with Ibrahim Buba, Idris Abdullahi Kwami, Doyin Okupe, Dupe Ajayi Gbadebo, Mohammed Buba Mohammed, two others as members while the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) has Princess Stella-Odua-Ogiemwoyi as chairman and Muhammed Haruna as member.

Bongos Ikwe is chairman of the Nigerian Film Corporation (NFC), while Chijioke Nnaji, Bello Shehu Aliyu, Lateefat Olufunke Gbajabiamila and Shehu Jibril are members

Aliyu Usman Haruna is chairman of the Nigerian Press Council (NPC), while Iyke Ekeoma, Mark Abdullahi, Uche Boniface Ugwunyi and Dominic Paineh are members; and Yusuf Yakubu is chairman of the National Orientation Agency (NOA).

The Nigerian Tourism Development Corporation (NTDC) has Uche Anya as chairman, while Laila Buhari and Udoma Bob Ekarika are members; Hamisu Musa is chairman of the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON), with Emeka Atuma, Muhtah Ibrahim Mukhtar, Yahuza Abdullahi, Tony Egwu, Mukaila Sanni and Felix Isuku as members.
