President Goodluck Jonathan will on Friday be in Imo State on a two-day working visit.
The state’s Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Barr. Kelechi Okpalaeke, has disclosed that the president, is expected to commission some projects executed by the Governor Ikedi Ohakim-led administration on Friday.
Projects to be commissioned, according to the commissioner, include the Umaru Yar’Adua drive, Okwelle-Ezike-Umuduru road, dualized Okigwe road and the Amuzano-Umuaka road.
Okpalaeke added that security had already been beefed up in Owerri and its environs to ensure the safety of the president.
