Soyinka wants Legislators to hands off constitution’s review

Nobel Laureate, Prof. Wole Soyinka has cautioned National Assembly to desist from its ongoing effort to review the 1999 Constitution, saying the legislators lack power to draft a constitution that will be acceptable to the generality of Nigerians.
