Water and Sanitation Job: Team Leader required in Nigeria

A multinational  Group are is looking for a Team Leader to lead a project in Nigeria.

The assignment is to guide the planning and conduct of Review and Capacity Development of Training Institutions for a Rural Water Supply and Sanitation programme.
This specialist Team Leader will need the following qualifications: A minimum of a Master’s degree or equivalent in Administration, Personnel Management or Training;

At least 10 –years experience of Institutional Capacity needs assessment, planning, employment, deployment and development in large institutions; Fluent in English and conversant with the Water Supply and Sanitation sector; Computer literate; Excellent communication skills.
To work with the Team Leader on this project the Group also require two Senior Sanitary Engineers; who will hold first degree and 5 years training experience in the WSS sector, an IT Specialist; with a First degree in Computer Science and 10 years relevant experience on Training Equipment and software. Finally two Study Facilitators are required who hold a BSc in any social science degree with at least 5 years experience in human development.
The project is expected to run for four months commencing February 2014. The deadline for CVs is Monday 2nd December 2013.
